Terms and conditions

It is quick and easy to order brochures, guidebooks, books and a range of gift items in our web-shop. If you would like to order an item that is not shown in the webshop assortment, you can call or mail us using the contact details below.

Prices
The prices of items listed in the webshop are including tax (BTW) and excluding postage costs.  A delivery charge of € 2,95 per order will be added to cover postage and packaging. Your order will be sent via TNT post.

Method of payment and delivery
When we receive your webshop order form you will receive an order confirmation (via e-mail) which includes the total amount of your order (including postage costs). When we recieved your payment, we will send your order directly to you. You can usually expect to receive your order within a few working days.

Out of stock items
Should one or more of the items you have orderd be out of stock, or for any other reason not available for delivery, it will be shown on the order confirmation.

Liability
Should you, for any reason, decide against purchase of an item, you have the right to undo the purchase agreement and return this item within 7 days, without declaration of reason, to VVV Eindhoven. You are responsible for any postage costs incurred in doing so. Returned items will be accepted only if the packaging of the product is intact and any seals are unbroken.

Protection of information
VVV Eindhoven uses the personal information you have provided to complete your order as quickly and completely as possible. The information you have supplied will be used with care. This information will not be made available to third parties.
