Remember the feeling you get watching the tv-programme “The Phone”, add a breath of Eindhoven creativity, teambuilding and humour … and you’ll be close to that sensation! The term ‘urban’ originates from the United States, where street culture boomed in cities like New York. Actually ‘urban’ means nothing else than street culture and that’s exactly the theme of this group activity.
The programme takes place in the centre of the city and has its very special start at the Central Station. One of the station lockers contains a survival kit together with the assignments for each team. With the help of communication gadgets such as GPS and mobile phones, you will continue your search through the city.
How do the various communities survive in a big city? How do the homeless arrange their sleeping-accommodation? What do the students do during the day or night?
Your city survival skills are a definite ‘must’ and they will eventually distinguish you from the other teams. The group that has fulfilled all assignments first and reports at the finish line of this quest, will win the Urban Survival !
